I believe in educating and inspiring people to use whole foods nutrition to improve their quality of life.

As a registered dietitian, I see clients with a variety of issues ranging from chronic illness to dietary concerns. In each case, I leverage my background in science, experience and knowledge with traditional nutrition, and expertise in alternative therapies and supplements to help my clients improve their health and reach their goals. I break down complex conditions and therapies into plain language and approach nutrition from a perspective of guidance, not judgment.

I purposely chose to complete my MS at Bastyr University so that I could attend a medical school and work with naturopaths, behavioral health, and nutrition specialists. I’m passionate about integrating the traditional with the alternative and working within my clients’ comfort levels to lower blood pressure, manage diabetes and other health conditions, assist with weight management, and improve their lives.

I like to make nutrition fun, integrating my knowledge of food science and food chemistry to create delicious, healthy meals. I run cooking workshops that offer ways to make good-for-you foods actually taste good.
