Just because I have a private practice does not mean I am working solo.
In fact, it takes some support to keep the business running. Having help allows me to focus on client care and delivering the latest science-based research in my nutrition sessions.
My team includes my billing crew Kim and Al at Valley Therapy Services and the newest addition, my office manager, Alex. He helps wrangle the incoming referrals, paperwork, faxes, emails, phone calls, in addition to keeping me focused and on track. He might even be the one to call you back to schedule your appointment. When he is not in the office, he is a Junior at UMass studying Computer Engineering. I am so lucky to have him!
